I am delighted to recommend Mahvash Saba as an outstanding portrait photographer. I first met Mahvash several years ago on a beautiful snowy day when I was in my local park playing with my dogs. She generously took some outstanding pictures, filled with light and beauty, that perfectly captured the magic of that moment.
